Donna’s Smokin BBQ Shack…

Baby Back Ribs, 5-Meat Chili, Mac Salad, Rice ($10)

Juicy juicy, tasty and slightly tangy. Great ribs! Chili was really good too — very thick and hearty with a slight kick. I need to check Donna’s Smokin BBQ Shack later. It is located in the Keaau Village Market.

Kama’aina Backroads is a new show premiering this Saturday at 9pm on OC16 featuring Hawaii from a local perspective. There should be a short segment featuring Big Island Grinds where I check out Itsu’s with the producer of the show. Be sure to check it out… looks like a great show.

I’m really the camera shy type of person, but I couldn’t pass this opportunity up… and had to share with all of you one of my favorite places to grind!

Aloha everybody! I apologize again for the lack of posts recently…

But! I have two valid excuses:

1. I lost/misplaced my camera. *sad*
2. I’m getting married this weekend!!! *overjoyed* I feel like the luckiest guy in town.

So, I will have to delay my loco moco adventures a little longer until I am settled down. Still, I will try to post more as soon as I can since I still have old photos which I have not yet posted. Mahalos for your patience!
