Kung Hee Fat Choy!
Happy Chinese New Year!

Siu Mai (Pork Hash) – huge ones… tender & juicy

Jin Dui (Chinese Donut) – shredded coconut and chopped peanuts in the middle

Siao Pao (Manapua) – nothing beats freshly made and steamed manapua!

Photos taken in Downtown Hilo and Kalakaua Park.

looking at all the ono grinds is so not fair for some of us that live no where close to where celebrations are taking place. . . . .big time jealous for those lucky ones that live in Hilo, O’ahu or Wailuku. Hey everybody grind for me! Kung Hee Fat Choy
