Woah - Double decker Spam - it is genius! This should be up for a James Beard award nomination….LOL! I would proably need another layer of rice to balance out the spam though.

Hi James,
There’s a sushi place at Pearl Highlands (right above Sam’s Club) that serves a Spam musubi like that. I think the place is called Sushiman. Anyway, the rice is sandwiched between two pieces of Spam. It’s delicious and they often sell out before mid-afternoon.

whoooweeee! brah…da spam looks ONO! Looks like da buggah needs more nori though…..I make spam musubi for all da rednecks in northern Virginia…and they think is da best!

It`s good `ol Hormel Spam.There is also a smoke flavor and they had a cheese Spam at one time but I don`t know if it is still available.Check out http://www.spam.com

I’ve seen the cheese spam. LOL I never really had the urge to experiment with the different spam flavors. Nothing can beat the original.

That ain’t teriyaki sauce on spam musubi. Its abura miso (japanese) anda miso (okinawan) a mixture of miso pork fat and sugar sauteed together. mmmm good

There’s a new Kozo Sushi in the Pearl Highland area, by Wal-Mart (Oahu). As usual ,,,, great sushi.
